AnaCap enters Slovenia through completion of deal with Nova KBM
AnaCap Financial Partners (“AnaCap”), the specialist European financial services private equity firm, today announces AnaCap Credit Opportunities III’s acquisition of a secured corporate loan from local bank Nova KBM (“NKBM”).
The servicer is Elements Capital Partners.
The gross purchase price or claim amount were not disclosed.
In addition to completing this initial debt deal in Slovenia, AnaCap view the geography as highly attractive for further investment and look forward to exploring a programme of additional opportunities there.
