Chief Operating Partner
As Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for ensuring the most effective use of AnaCap's resources and the implementation and maintenance of the firm’s processes and procedures. This includes direct management of the Finance, IT systems, HR and Compliance functions in addition to the oversight of the Fund Administrators.
Michael, a qualified accountant, has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector including investment/asset management, venture capital, private equity and insurance. From an early stage in his career Michael has reported directly to the board members and shareholders and has been responsible for recruiting and managing teams and implementing systems and processes in order to meet the demands of a growing business.
Head of Investor Relations & Communications
Amber leads the Investor Relations & Communications programmes at AnaCap, including managing relationships with investors, fundraising and communications relating to the firm’s activities. During her time with the firm, Amber has helped AnaCap grow assets under management tenfold to more than €3 billion across its Private Equity and Credit funds.
Prior to joining AnaCap, Amber was responsible for European Business Development at The Gores Group, a US private equity fund. She began her career with Gores in 1999 and opened the group's first European office in London in 2004. Previously, Amber worked in the Private Clientele Group of CIBC Oppenheimer, where she managed investment research and marketing activities.
Amber has a dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Law from California State University, Northridge.
